COMMISSIONS
 

A commissioned work of art is something unique and special providing so much joy and lasting memories. If you are considering commissioning a piece of art please read the information below to guide you through the process and then feel free to contact me with your requirements. 

​I use professional high quality brand materials to ensure that your portrait will last you a lifetime. 

Price Guide

Each portrait is unique, and prices may vary dependent on your own requirements. I appreciate that the price is a big consideration, so I have included a pricing guide below. Feel free to get in touch with your ideas, including budget and size and we can work what would suit you.

*Please note that these prices do not include mounting or framing of the work. Framing can be arranged at an additional cost if the client is local and the work can be collected or hand delivered, otherwise I will not send framed work in the mail.

**I regularly review my pricing structure and may raise them as required to keep in line with my cost of living/materials etc. 

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

UK Orders: Posting and packaging is an additional cost, usually £10 as standard but can vary dependent on the size of the work. All artwork is placed in an acid free acetate envelope with backing board. For delivery by mail, items are securely packaged with bubble wrap in a strong cardboard envelope or box. Items will be sent via ROYAL MAIL 24hr recorded delivery.

Free collection and delivery are available for those locally based.

PAYMENT

For commissions, I charge 50% non-refundable deposit on acceptance, with the remaining balance payable on completion prior to dispatch. I will keep you updated throughout the process and send you a photo of the drawing to ensure you are happy with the final work before accepting final payment. 

Payment is via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (on collection only). 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You have looked at my portfolio and understand that the style and quality of your artwork will be similar.

  • You agree to pay an initial 50% deposit before the work starts.

  • You understand that changing the details agreed for your commission may result in additional cost which you must pay for.

  • You agree to pay the balance of the cost within 7 days of request.

  • I reserve all rights to the image of the finished work. The finished work may be used by the client for display and personal enjoyment only. ​

  • No prints or copies shall be made, or profit gained in any way from the finished artwork by the client, without express written permission of the artist. 

  • In the event of non-payment, I may use the artwork as I wish. 

  • I retain the rights to use the image for advertising services, through printed adverts and digital/social media. If you do not wish for me to share updates on social media while creating your portrait and the finished portrait if it's for a surprise/special occasion, please mention on booking and message to let me know when it has been gifted.
